Refund Initiation
Once your return passes our quality checks and is picked up, the refund will be initiated to your chosen mode of payment within 48 hours

Refund TimelinesPrepaid Orders (via Payment Gateway):
1. Refunds will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a link via WhatsApp and email. Simply input your details and select a refund via UPI or bank account transfer. Refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days after submission.
